Ashleigh's experience includes working in the not-for-profit community-based sector providing early interventions, student advocacy and family support. This has included working closely with CALD families and children/young people with multiple disabilities providing cognitive, behavioural and educational assessments and counselling as well as advocacy within both the deaf sector, school and community services contexts. ​

Since 2019 Ashleigh has been working primarily in the private practice setting provide direct 1:1 therapeutic interventions to adults.

 

Ashleigh has a particular interest in supporting the professional development of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), as well as providing an opportunity for therapists to reflect on their experiences of the therapeutic process within their work.
